Dominique has been dancing salsa (and various other forms of dance) for 4 years now, and has been managing/organizing salsa lessons for SalsaBrighton (AaronGeorge Moyo) and Afrogypsy Productions (Jimmy Lobe) for the past year.

She is known as the “drill sergeant” and tries her best to keep things running smoothly for the guys. Her “real” profession is English teacher to all the weird and wonderful foreigners in Brighton & Hove, as well as organizing events for her own company, Redflower Party Promoters.
